Eligibility for a Refund

  • The purchased template has not been downloaded, installed, or used in any way

Once a template has been downloaded or used, the purchase is considered final, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable Products

  • Templates cannot be exchanged, swapped, or replaced with another product
